You have the right to return 30 days after the arrival of your order.
The products can easily be returned.
The actual return costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping party. This applies both in the case of dissatisfied products as well as a deffect received product.
With most packages the return labels are in the box, if this is not the case send us an email at admin@one-wears.com and we will send them digitally. You can then print them and add them in the return package.

Return Window & Conditions
You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Returns must meet these conditions:
- Item is unworn and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- Product is not personalized or custom-made
- Item was not marked as final sale or non-returnable
For defective items, please report issues within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the defect. We’ll cover return shipping for defective products.
Refund Process
When we receive your return, here’s what happens:
- Our team inspects the item (1-2 business days)
- Upon approval, we process your refund (7 business days)
- Your bank processes the refund (5-10 business days)
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and include the full product cost minus the EUR5/GBP5 return shipping fee. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Information
Size and color exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange:
- Email admin@one-wears.com with your order number
- Specify the desired exchange item
- Return the original product in unworn condition with all tags attached
