This return policy is valid for the countries: United Kingdom

You have the right to return 30 days after the arrival of your order. Accepted Reasons for Return:

  • Not exactly what was ordered.
  • Wrongly printed objects.
  • Wrong color or size caused by manual measurement.  (requires measurement photo evidence).

The actual return costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be paid to the shipping party. This applies in the case of a defective received product.

We DO NOT accept returns and refunds if you just do not like the item when you receive it. All the item details have been clarified on our website.

Return Window & Conditions

We are not responsible if you return the items to our address without our confirmation that your items can be returned to get a refund. We are not responsible if you return the item to an address that is not our returning warehouse that we provided.

You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Returns must meet these conditions:

  • Item is unworn and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • Product is not personalized or custom-made
  • The item was not marked as a final sale or non-returnable

For products with defects caused by us, please report the issue within 7 days of receiving the item. We will either send you a replacement free of charge or provide instructions on how to return and receive refunds.

Refund Process

When we receive your return, here’s what happens:

  1. Our team inspects the item (1-2 business days)
  2. Upon approval, we process your refund (7 business days)
  3. Your bank processes the refund (5-10 business days)

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and include the full product cost.

  2. Include your order number and return reason
  3. Wait for our return authorization
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable method
  5. Keep your shipping proof
